Predator's watch eh?

During one of my usually long, boring, pointless link clicking sessions, i came across these really weird guys who call themselves Tokyoflash and make make really weird watches for a living.

Yeah right! These guys make watches which resemble wartime codes. Now, how do you read these watches?
